The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect on the performance of sports events through the improvement of safety according to the progress of sports events. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted to find out the actual conditions of the constituent factors and the improvement of efficiency according to the progress of sports events. In order to secure the representativeness of the research results, 435 copies were used in this study through questionnaires and internet surveys, mainly in the metropolitan area, where sports facilities (cultural and sports facilities) are more concentrated than in other areas. A survey was conducted as the subject of the study, and data were analyzed through the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Specifically, each analysis method was used according to the purpose of the analysis as follows. First, a frequency analysis was performed to examine the demographic characteristics of the survey subjects. Second, reliability analysis was performed to verify the reliability and validity of the recognition variables of sports events. Third, frequency analysis was performed to identify the problems of sports safety components and ways to improve efficiency. Fourth, in order to examine the differences in perception of safety enhancement measures for sports events, the response rate of respondents to each item is treated as important, focusing on the two-sample T-test and frequency analysis. In addition, a kai-care (x2 -test) was conducted together to find out whether the opinions of several respondents on the same item were different and whether it was appropriate. One-way Anova was carried out to examine ways to promote mutual cooperation between government officials. As a result of the study of this study, it was found that the overall evaluation of the management and operation of safety enhancement measures according to the progress of sports events was at an average level. However, while moderate or negative evaluations were high on the protection of the rights and interests of sports event officials and players and the policy or operation of the association, it was found that the sports event officials were very active in their cooperation with the association policy.

본 연구는 스포츠 행사 진행에 따른 안전의 제고방안을 통해 스포츠 행사 성과에 미치는 매개효과를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 스포츠 행사 진행에 따른 구성요인의 실태와 효율성 제고방안을 강구하기 위하여 설문조사 를 하였다. 연구결과의 대표성을 확보하기 위하여 스포츠시설(문화체육시설)이 타 지역보다 집중되어있는 수도권을 중심으로 설문지와 인터넷 조사를 통해 435부로 본 연구에 이용하였다. 연구의 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 자료분석을 하였으며 이것을 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같이 분석의 목적에 따라 각각의 분석방법을 이용하였다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 인구통계학적 특성에 대하여 살펴보기 위하여 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis)을 실시하였다. 둘째, 스포츠 행사의 인식 변수에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 신뢰도분석(Reliability Analysis)을 실시하였다. 셋째, 스포츠안전 구성요소의 문제점과 효율성 제고방안을 파악하기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 넷째, 스포츠 행사 안전 제고방안의 인식차이를 살펴보기 위해 독립표본 T-분석(Two-sample T-test)과 빈도분석을 중심으로 각 항목에 대한 응답 자들의 응답비율을 중요하게 다루고 있다. 나아가 동일 항목에 대한 여러 응답자들의 견해 차이 및 적정성 여부를 알아보기 위해 카이스케어(x2 -test)를 함께 실시하였으며 그 외의 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 스포츠 행사 진행에 따른 인식 그리고 안전 관련 제고 방안을 모색하고자 민ㆍ관 상호협력 증진방안을 살펴보기 위하여 일원분산분석(One-way Anova)을 실시하였 다. 본 연구의 연구 결과 스포츠 행사 진행에 따른 안전 제고방안의 관리 및 운영에 대해서는 전체적으로는 보통 수준의 평가를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 스포츠 행사 관계자 및 선수의 권익보호나 협회의 정책이나 운영에 대해서는 보통 또는 부정적인 평가가 높게 나타난 반면 스포츠 행사 관계자들의 협회 정책에 대한 협조에 대해서는 매우 적극적인 것으로 나타났다.
