1인 경영 체제로 전환한 태권도장들은 지난 2년간 다음의 과정을 차례로 겪으면서 태권도장의 경영 안정화를 이루 어냈다. 도출된 1인 태권도장화의 과정은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코로나-19로 인한 수련생의 감소와 고용사범의 이탈에 의해 태권도장 경영에 문제가 발생하였음을 인식하였다. 둘째, 변화가 불가피한 태권도장 운영에 대해 학부모와의 커뮤니 케이션하면서 상호 소통하면서 갈등을 겪기도 하고 해결안을 제안하였다. 셋째, 문제 해결책을 찾아 1인 경영 체계를 수립 하여 기본 운영 체계를 수립하여 태권도장 운영을 시작하였다. 넷째, 1인 경영의 안정화 접어들어 1인 태권도장 경영을 효과적이고 효율적으로 할 수 있는 안전관리 체계를 우선 확보하였다. 1인 경영 체제의 태권도장 운영을 시작하고 팬데믹 환경에서 태권도장의 지도자들이 중점적으로 고려하는 요인들은 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째. 수련생의 상해 예방을 위해 시설 및 장비 관리를 철저히 하는 것이다. 둘째, 1인 경영자가 대응 가능하도록 운영 요소를 최소화하는 것이다. 셋째, 감염증 관리는 반드시 정부의 방역시책을 준수 하는 것이다. 넷째, 안전사고에 대비해 인적 물적 자원을 별도로 준비하는 것이다.
