This study was conducted with the purpose of research to identify the direction for the activation of online taekwondo event in China. For the research method to achieve the purpose of the study, expert opinions were collected, and the specific method took the form of a telephone interview. The results of the study derived from comparison with previous studies focusing on the responses of the study participants are as follows. First, the necessity of activating online taekwondo events in China could be presented as follows. A means of maintaining training that effectively responds to the increasing number of taekwondo practitioners in China, securing economic feasibility due to the unlimited number of competition capacity, reducing preparation time and related costs for competition participation, measures in response to the implementation of corona infection control policies, and the development of digital technology It is said to be a means of generating interest from non-taekwondo practitioners due to innovation in competition type. Next, We would like to present the directions and basic measures for activating the online taekwondo event in China as follows. Reinforcement of related referee education on game judging technology in online competitions, reinforcement of online competition system education and publicity for leaders and trainees, continuous improvement of digital judging technology, dualization of offline competitions and online competitions, revitalization of online publicity and marketing; Securing exclusive sponsorship for online competitions, supporting R & D for related technologies, and securing policy system support were identified as important measures.

본 연구는 중국 온라인 태권도 이벤트의 활성화를 위한 방향성을 규명하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 이루어졌다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법은 전문가 의견 수렴을 실시하였으며 구체적인 방법은 전화 면담의 형식을 취하였다. 연구 참여자의 응답을 중심으로 선행 연구들과 비교하여 도출한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국에서 온라인 태권 도 이벤트 활성화의 필요성은 다음과 같이 제시 할 수 있었다. 중국 태권도 수련생의 증가세에 효과적으로 대응하는 수련 유지의 수단, 대회 수용 인원의 무제한에 다른 경제성 확보, 대회 참가를 위한 준비 시간 및 관련 비용절감, 코로나 감염증 관리 정책의 시행에 따른 조치, 디지털 기술의 발달로 인한 대회 유형의 혁신, 비 태권도 수련자의 관심 유발의 수단이 된다는 것이다. 둘째, 중국에서 온라인 태권도 이벤트를 활성화하기 위한 방향성과 그 기본 방안으로는 다음과 같이 제시 하고자 한다. 온라인 대회에서의 경기 판정 기술에 대한 관련 심판교육 강화, 지도자와 수련자 대상 온라인 대회 체계 교육 및 홍보의 강화, 지속적인 디지털 판정 기술의 보완, 오프라인 대회와 온라인 대회의 이원화, 온라인에서의 홍보 및 마케팅 활성화, 온라인 대회 전속 스폰서십 확보, 관련 기술 연구개발 지원 및 정책적 제도 지원 확보 등이 중요한 방안으 로 확인 되었다.
