The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between leader trust, PT satisfaction and behavioral intentions that appear in the process of personal trainer guiding Customers. The subjects of this study were 235 customers who received personal training for more than one month at a personal training center. IBM SPSS Version 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for data processing, and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed. In addition, path analysis using the structural equation model was conducted to confirm the causal relationship between the personal trainer's leader trust, PT satisfaction, and behavioral intention. The conclusion is as follows. First, leader trust had a significant effect on PT satisfaction. Second, leader trust had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Third, PT satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Fourth, it was confirmed that PT satisfaction had a mediating effect between the personal trainer's leader trust and behavioral intention.

본 연구는 퍼스널 트레이너가 고객을 지도하는 과정에서 나타나는 지도자 신뢰와 PT만족 및 행동의도의 인과 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 퍼스널 트레이닝 센터에서 1개월 이상 퍼스널 트레이닝을 받고 있는 235명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도분석 및 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰 도분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 퍼스널 트레이너의 지도자 신뢰와 PT만족 및 행동의도간의 인과 관계를 확인하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용한 경로분석을 실시하였고, 지도자 신뢰와 행동의도의 관계에서 PT만족의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검정하는 부트스트래핑 방법을 이용하였다. 검증된 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도자 신뢰가 PT만족에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 연구결과를 확인하였다. 둘째, 지도자 신뢰가 행동의도에 유의한 영향 을 미쳤다. 셋째, PT만족이 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 퍼스널 트레이너의 지도자 신뢰와 행동의도의 사이에 서 PT만족이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
