In this study, big data analysis was conducted to suggest a strategy for revitalization of Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam theme park. As a research method, text mining, opinion mining, semantic network analysis, TF-IDF, and connection degree centrality were conducted using Textom, a social matrix big data program, and Ucinet6 of network analysis. The data collection period was limited to a total of 8 years from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2021. As a result of the study, first, word frequency, TF-IDF, Connection Degree Centrality analysis results, Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam, Gimhae, Horse Riding, Illumina, Water Festival, Experience, Festival, Gangseo-gu, Family, and Cafe were all in the top 10. Second, as a result of opinion mining analysis, it was found to be positive (77.3%) and negative (22.67%). Third, as a result of CONCOR analysis, a total of 5 groups were formed: theme park, unique place, cafe, Corona 19, Derby Land. It is expected that the results of this study will serve as basic data for revitalizing Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam headquarters and building an entertainment image as a salubrious theme park.

본 연구는 렛츠런파크 부산경남 테마파크로써의 활성화 전략 방안을 제시하고자 빅데이터 분석을 실시하였다. 연구방법으로는 소셜 매트릭스 빅데이터 프로그램인 텍스톰과 네트워크 분석의 Ucinet6를 활용하여 텍스트마이닝, 오피 니언 마이닝, 의미연결망분석, 연결정도 중심성, TF-IDF를 실시하였으며, 데이터 수집기간은 2014년 1월 1일 ~ 2021 년 12월 31일까지 총 8년으로 한정하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 단어 빈도, TF-IDF, 연결중심성 분석 결과, 렛츠런파크 부산 경남, 김해, 승마, 일루미아, 워터페스티벌, 체험, 축제, 강서구, 가족, 카페가 10위권 이내로 추출되었다. 둘째, 오피니언 마이닝 분석 결과, 긍정(77.3%), 부정(22.67%)으로 나타났다. 셋째, CONCOR 분석 결과, 테마파크, 이색장소, 카페, 코로나19, 더비랜드 총 5개의 그룹이 형성되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 렛츠런파크 부산경남 본장의 건전한 테마파크로서의 엔터테인먼트 이미지를 구축하기 위한 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.
