The purpose of this study is to develop a wetsuit pattern with a satisfactory fit by utilizing a virtual clothing program. As a research method, four patterns of wet wetsuit brands were collected and appearance evaluation was conducted. SPSS 27.0 was used for the analysis of experimental results, and the mean, standard deviation, and overall mean score of the appearance evaluation were calculated, and also for the significance test of the appearance evaluation, one-way ANOVA, t-test, Duncan- test were conducted. Ws2 that fits the front and the back of the developed research prototype was shown to be the best as a result of the virtual clothing evaluation of the brand-specific pattern, which performed the appearance evaluation in 40 evaluation items, including the simulation and perspective view of the virtual clothing, and the clothing pressure. As for the side full silhouette, compared to other brands, fitting of Ws3 was highly regarded. In the comparison of the average of overall appearance evaluation, Ws2 was the highest, so Ws2 was selected as the experimental pattern, and the high-rated items were applied to other brands to create a research pattern. According to the results of this study, the width of the neck was adjusted to 0.2㎝, the width of the front neck was B/8-1.3㎝, and the width of the back neck was adjusted to B/8-1.8. centimeter. The chest circumference was increased by 0.3㎝ and the front and rear chest circumferences were corrected to B/2-2.7㎝, and the waist circumference was increased by 0.2㎝ to apply W/2-2.3㎝ to both the front and back panels. The hip circumference was corrected by increasing the front and back panels by 0.2㎝ to H/2-2.3㎝, and the sleeve length was corrected by reducing the upper arm circumference by 1㎝ and the sleeve length by about 3.2㎝. In the case of the groin, it is expected that the pulling phenomenon of the crotch will be improved by adding 1㎝, and it is thought that the horizontal wrinkles of the waist from the back were corrected by reducing the back length by 0.6㎝. As a result of the above, a wet suit research pattern was presented, which will be used as basic data for the development of a wet suit pattern for men in their 40s.

본 연구는 가상착의 프로그램을 활용하여 착용감의 만족도가 높은 습식 잠수복 패턴을 개발하는데 목적 이 있다. 연구방법으로는 습식 잠수복 브랜드 4곳의 패턴을 수집하여 외관평가를 실시하였다. 실험의 결과 분석을 위해 SPSS 27.0을 사용하였으며, 외관평가의 평균, 표준편차 및 전체 평균점수를 산출하고, 외관평 가 유의성 검정을 위해 일원분산분석 ANOVA, t-test, 사후검증으로 Duncan-test를 실시하였다. 연구패턴을 가상착의 시뮬레이션 및 투시도, 의복압을 40개의 평가항목으로 외관평가를 실시하였으며 브랜드별 패턴 가상착의 평가 결과 앞면과 뒷면의 맞음새는 Ws2가 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났으며 옆면 전체의 실루엣 여 부에서 Ws3이 다른 브랜드에 비해 가장 맞음새가 높게 평가되었다. 전체 외관평가 평균 비교에서 Ws2가 가장 높게 나타나 연구패턴으로 Ws2를 선정하였으며 다른 브랜드에 높게 평가된 항목을 적용하여 개발패 턴을 제작하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 목너비는 0.2㎝ 늘려주어 앞목너비 B/8-1.3㎝, 뒤목너비 B/8-1.8㎝로 수정하였다. 가슴둘레는 0.3㎝늘려주어 앞과 뒤 가슴둘레에 B/2-2.7㎝로 수정하였으며 허리둘레 에서는 0.2㎝ 늘려주어 앞판과 뒤판 모두 W/2-2.3㎝를 적용하였다. 엉덩이둘레는 앞판과 뒤판에 H/2-2.3㎝ 로 0.2㎝ 늘려주어 수정하였으며 소매 상완둘레는 1㎝줄였으며, 소매길이는 3.2㎝가량 줄여 수정하였다. 샅 부분의 경우에도 1㎝ 추가하여 밑위의 당김 현상이 개선된 것으로 보이며 뒷면에서 허리에 가로로 생기는 군주름은 등길이를 0.6㎝ 줄여 수정하여 뒤 허리 군주름이 개선된 것을 알 수 있다. 이상의 결과로 습식 잠 수복의 개발패턴을 제시하였으며 향후 40대 남성 습식 잠수복 의류산업 활성화를 위한 패턴개발에 기초자 료로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
