The primary purpose of the missional church is to nurture its members to live as missional beings both inside and outside the church. Through missional culture reading, church members look at the contemporary culture with God's heart and it goes through the process of sharing and mutually interpreting in the church community along with individual efforts. And through the process, it seeks the conversion and renewal of the church itself before participating in God's mission in the world. Missional culture reading does not stop in the church, but leads to practice in the world. Although the world is full of simulated hyperreality, Jesus Christ's way of embodying the reality of the kingdom of God in contemporary culture is still valid for Christians today. Experiences in the world are shared and interpreted by the church community, and members participate in God's mission in the world again. Through this cycle, church members gradually live a missional life ‘in’ the contemporary culture as missional beings. If God sent His only begotten Son into the world and His mission is now taking place in the world, then no doubt we should all read the world with God's heart and bear witness to the kingdom of God there.
