Recently, school violence has been transformed into non-physical violence using mobile messenger programs represented by "Kakao Talk" and SNS services such as "Facebook," and teenagers with good internet literacy and high frequency of use are always exposed to direct and indirect cyber bullying. The study focused on adolescent 'cyber ethics' and explored the issue of school violence. It was predicted that teenagers with different norms in the real world and online world would have a high experience of cyber bullying, and that parental control could significantly control the relationship. As a result, significant relationships between adolescent cyber ethics and cyber bullying experience were identified, and the effect of parental control was also significantly derived. These findings are in line with existing prior studies of cyber bullying in adolescents. In other words, it suggests that raising awareness of cyber ethics and proper parental control can have a positive impact on the issue of cyber bullying by teenagers. Based on the results of the analysis, this study suggests an active intervention strategy for schools and families in cyber bullying by teenagers. By regularly educating teenagers about the importance of Internet ethics, there may be a way to make themselves healthy rules of use. In addition, parents should pay attention to their children's use of the Internet through digital literacy education and guide them to form their cyber-use habits in the right direction. More active attention should be paid to teenagers, who are leading the creation of cyber culture at home and in schools, to foster a sound sense of cyber ethics.

최근 학교폭력은 ‘카카오톡’과 ‘페이스북’과 같은 SNS 서비스를 활용한 비물리적 폭력으로 변모하고 있어, 인터넷 활용능력이 능숙하고 활용빈도가 높은 청소년들은 항시 직간접적인 사이버폭력의 위험에 노출되어 있다. 이 연구는 청소년의 사이버폭력 문제를 그들의 ‘사이버 윤리의식’ 수준과의 관계에 집 중하여 탐구하였다. 온라인 세계에서 낮은 규범의식을 가진 청소년들은 사이버폭력의 가해경험의 빈도 가 높을 것이라 예측하였으며, 해당 관계를 부모통제가 유의미하게 조절할 수 있을 것으로 가정하였다. 연구결과 청소년의 사이버 윤리의식과 사이버폭력 가해경험 간의 유의미한 관계가 확인되었으며, 부모통제의 조절효과 또한 유의미하게 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 청소년의 사이버폭력에 대한 기존 선행연구들의 결과와 궤를 같이한다. 즉, 사이버 윤리의식 제고와 적절한 부모의 통제가 청소년의 사이버폭력 가해문제에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 이 연구는 분석결과에 근거하여 청소년들의 사이버폭력 가해행위에 대한 학교와 가정의 적극적인 개입전략을 제언한다. 청소년들에게 인터넷 윤리의 중요성에 대해 정기적으로 교육하여 그들 스스로 건전한 이용수칙을 형성토록 하는 방안이 있을 수 있다. 또한 디지털 리터러시 교육 등을 통해 학부 모가 자녀의 인터넷 사용에 관심을 갖고, 그들의 사이버 이용습관이 올바른 방향으로 형성될 수 있 도록 지도해야만 한다. 가정과 학교에서 청소년들이 건전한 사이버 윤리의식을 함양할 수 있도록 그 들에게 더욱 적극적인 관심을 기울여야 할 것이다.
