It is important to analysis statement of sexual violence victim children because we can easily found the absence of physical evidence of the case. However, CBCA, widely used statement analysis tool, is based on amounts of victim’s statement. Considering children’s statement is unstable compared to adult’s statement, it is difficult to evaluate children’s statement properly. In this paper, we reviewed papers about individulal factors and estimator factors which are influencing the analysis of statements. Base on paper review, we intend to provide practical implications for the investigation and statement analysis of child victims.

성폭력 사건은 물적 증거가 존재하지 않아 진술만으로 사건의 진실을 판단해야 한다는 점에서 진술분석의 중요성이 크다. 하지만 CBCA를 비롯한 진술분석 도구는 구조상 진 술의 양에 의존하는 특성이 있다. 한편, 아동의 진술은 성인의 진술에 비해 편차가 크 고, 양이 부족한 경우가 많다는 점에서 평가에 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 아 동의 진술분석에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 아동 관련 변인과 진술을 평가하는 평가 자 변인으로 나누어 관련된 국내외 문헌을 고찰하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 아동 피해 자 수사 및 진술분석에 대한 실무적 함의를 제공하고자 한다.
