This paper believes that to attract and encourage outstanding college students to take root in rural areas and carry out e-commerce entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve the shortage of rural e-commerce talents. Only in this way can we ensure the smooth progress of Rural Revitalization, and contribute to achieving common prosperity. This paper divides the path of College Students' rural e-commerce entrepreneurship into three stages: the formation stage of entrepreneurial intention, the process stage and the result stage. Using the methods theoretical research and literature research, this paper analyzes in detail the roles and responsibilities of College Students' entrepreneurs, local government and universities in each stage, which provides the necessary theoretical support for its implementation. In addition, this paper attempts to make an in-depth analysis of the failure of College Students' rural e-commerce entrepreneurship, in order to provide inspiration for the subsequent entrepreneurs, the government and the follow-up work of colleges and universities.

본 논문은 우수한 대학생을 농촌에 뿌리내리고 전자상거래 창업을 하도록 유치하고 장려하는 것이 농촌 전자상거래 인재의 부족을 해결하는 효과적인 방법이라고 주장한 다. 그래야만 농촌 진흥의 순조로운 진행을 확보하고 공동 부유를 실현하는 데 도움이 된다고 본다. 본 논문은 대학생 농촌 전자상거래 창업의 경로를 창업 의향 형성 단계, 과정 단계와 결과 단계로 나누고 이론 연구와 문헌 연구의 방법을 활용하여 각 단계에서 대학생 창업자, 현지 정부와 대학교의 역할을 상세하게 분석함으로써 이를 추진하는 데 필요한 이론적 기반을 제공했다. 또한 본 논문은 처음으로 대학생 농촌 전자상거래 창업의 실패 상황을 깊이 있게 분석하여 향후의 대학생 창업자, 정부와 대학의 후속 업무의 전개에 시사점을 제공하고 자 한다.
