Administrative management is a subject which closely combines theories and practice. Since the 20th century, China's research on administrative management has advanced with the times and played a positive role in promoting national governance systems, modernizing governance capacity and constructing service-oriented government. Sampling the 1,233 papers researching administrative management published in the CSSCI in the database of CNKI, this paper did the study with Bibliometrics and content analysis. By studying the annual distribution of the sample, the principal periodical, the authors and their institutions, this paper mainly sort out the popular themes and the evolution of Chinese academic administration research, by applying CitespaceV. The analysis results show that the Chinese academics has apparently increased the research on the modernization and scientization of administrative management; the theoretical connotation and practical research of administrative management is insufficient; there is a trend exploring the development of administrative management under the new situations and circumstances.

행정관리학은 이론과 실제를 연구하는 매우 현실적인 학문이다. 중국의 행정관리학 연구는 개혁개방 이후 지난 40년이 넘는 시간 동안 중국의 국가관리체계와 관리능력의 현대화, 선진화 및 서비스형 정부의 탄생 및 발전에 있어서 큰 역할을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 중국 CSSCI 저널에 발표된 1,233편의 행정관리 분야 논문을 표본으로 논문의 핵심 주제어를 통해 표본의 연도별 분포, 논문 저자 및 기관 단위의 분포, 주요 정기간행물의 분포 등을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 CiteSpaceV 통계분석을 이용하여 중국의 학술논문 데이터베이스가 구축된 시기부터 현재까지 중국 학술계의 행정관리 연구의 현황과 특징 및 발전 추세를 분석하였다. 분석결과 중국의 행정관리 연구는 다음 3가지 특징을 보여주 고 있다. 첫째, 행정관리의 이론적 내용의 연구와 실천연구가 아직 부족하다. 둘째, 최근 행정관리의 현대화, 과학화에 대한 연구가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 셋째, 행정관리와 기타 전공이 연계, 융합한 다중전공의 복합형 연구가 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
