The purpose of this study is to investigate the substance and meaning of Psychomotors' experiences in the Psychomotor treatment process for children with disabilities. Participants in the study were nine Psychomotor history with more than four years of experience in Psychomotor therapy, and a telephone interview was conducted from November 2 to 15, 2021. To this end, six semi-structured open-ended questions were used, and each person took 2-3 hours of interview time. As a result, Van Kaam's psychological research method was applied to derive 4 categories, 11 topics, and 88 sub-themes. The four categories consisted of elements that sustain Psychomotorik, qualities of psychomotor, difficulties in the process of Psychomotorik therapy, and work environment of Psychomotor. This study showed that psychological activists are constantly thinking about treatment in the field and trying to move forward, and the results of the study hope to lay the foundation for Psychomotor to grow further by understanding and improving their grievances.

본 연구의 목적은 장애아동을 대상으로 하는 심리운동사들의 심리운동치료과정에 대한 경험의 실체와 의 미를 알아보는데 있다. 연구참여자는 심리운동치료 경력이 4년 이상 있는 9명의 심리운동사들로 2021년 11월 2일 부터 15일까지 전화 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 반구조화 개방형의 6개 질문을 사용하였고, 한 명당 2-3시간 의 인터뷰 시간이 소요되었다. 결과는 Van Kaam의 심리현상학적인 연구방법을 적용하여 4개의 범주와 11개의 주제, 88개의 부주제를 도출하였다. 4개의 범주는 심리운동을 지속하게 하는 요소, 심리운동사의 자질, 심리운동 치료 과정에서의 어려움, 심리운동사의 업무환경으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 심리운동사들이 현장에서 끊임없이 치료를 위해 고민하고 앞으로 더 나아가기 위해 노력하고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 연구 결과를 통해 심리운동사의 고충에 대한 이해와 개선방안을 마련하여 심리운동사들이 더욱 성장할 수 있는 기반이 마련되기를 기대한다.
