This study focused on the role analysis of cooperative teachers in dance classes in elementary schools. In order to achieve the goal of this study, three assistant teachers and elementary school teachers were selected to conduct detailed and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are as follows. First, the attitude of elementary school students was shown to be highly interested in or satisfied with dance classes. Second, all participants in the study described the importance of cooperative classes. Third, research participants focus on regular prior consultations under sufficient and smooth agreement and coordination in advance, along with smooth mutual communication. Fourth, cooperative classes are needed to educate high-quality classes. Fifth, as a disadvantage of cooperative classes, instructors pointed out the difficulty of conducting original classes in mind of the homeroom teacher, and stipulated a limit on the number of times and budgets not enough to guide children for 40 minutes.

본 연구는 초등학교에서 진행되는 무용수업에서 협력수업을 함께 진행하는 협력교사의 역할분석을 중심으로 진 행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 무용수업의 협력교사이자 초등학교 저학년의 담임교사 3명을 선정 하여 구체적이고 심층적인 면담을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 무용인 지에 따른 무용태도는 무용수업의 효과와 함께 무용흥미와 만족도, 시설 환경 등 여러 가지 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들은 모두 협력수업의 역할에 대해 서술하였다. 셋째, 연구 참여자들은 원활한 협력수업을 위 해서 상호소통과 함께 사전에 충분하고 원만한 합의와 조율 아래 정기적인 사전 협의를 중점으로 두고 있다. 넷 째, 양질의 수업을 교육하기 위해서는 협력수업이 필요하다고 하였다. 다섯째, 협력수업의 단점으로 강사가 수업 을 진행 할 때 협력교사를 의식하여 독창적인 수업 진행이 어려운 부분을 지적하고, 정해진 교과 시간 40분 동 안 아이들을 지도하기에는 부족한 시간과 부족한 수업의 횟수, 예산적인 측면에서 한계점을 명시하고 있다.
