Since the Supreme People’s Court implemented the online publication project of judgment documents on January 1, 2014. The reasoning part of the judgment documents is becoming one of the important standards for the public to evaluate whether the justice is fair and authoritative. As the “sublimation” of the reasoning part of the document, the judgment rules are the focus of data analysis on the judgment documents. Reasoning with the facts of the case helps to clarify the basic method and performance of the judgment rules in the judgment documents, and it helps to clarify the form and substantial source of the judgment reasoning. Through empirical analysis, it can be found that the external performance of the referee rules can be divided into four categories, namely: “law, contract rules interpretation type” “Legal principles, citations of general knowledge” “Case reference, experience learning type” “Litigation rules confirmation, evidence validity type”. Studying judicial judgment cases from a new perspective is of great help in understanding judicial judgment rules.
