In this paper, we studied the principle of left and right phonetic notation of Mako-Inkyo compared with Go’on and Kan’on. The results are summarized as follows. 1) The first rhyme of Hou(侯) appears as -u, -uu, -o, and -ou types in Go’on, but they are all -u and -o types, and Dental is written -jo type in Mako-Inkyo. 2) The third rhyme of type B in You(尤) appears as -ju, -u, and -iu types in Go’on, but described as -u, and -ju types in Mako-Inkyo. 3) The third rhyme of type A in You(尤) appears -iu and -ju types in Go’on, but described as -ju type in Mako-Inkyo. 4) The third rhyme You(尤) appear -iu type in Kan’on, but Guttural and Lingual are divided into -iu type, and Dental is described as -juu type in Mako-Inkyo. 5) The third rhyme of You(幽) appear as -eu type in Go’on, but -u, -i, -ju, and -o types in Mako-Inkyo.

본고에서는 流攝韻을 중심으로 磨光韻鏡에서 기재하고 있는 左･右音注를 실제 吳音･漢音資料를 비교하며 분석함을 통해 左･右音注에서 나타나는 字音 규정의 문제와 오류를 밝혔다. 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1)1等 侯韻은 吳音資料에서 -u형, -uu형, -o형, -ou형이 같이 혼재하는데, 磨光韻鏡에서 1拍의 -u형과 -o형으로, 齒音字는 -ju형으로 기재하고 있다. 2)3等 尤韻 乙類는 吳音資料에서 -ju형, -u형, -iu형으로 출현하는데, 磨光韻鏡에서는 주로 1拍의 -u형과 -ju형만으로 기재하고 있다. 3)3等 尤韻 甲類는 吳音資料에서 주로 -iu형과 -ju형으로 나타나는데, 磨光韻鏡에서는 吳音을 주로 融合表記의 -ju형으로 기재하고 있다. 4)3等 尤韻 甲乙類는 漢音資料에서 주로 -iu형으로 출현하는데, 磨光韻鏡에서는 喉舌音을 -iu형으로, 齒音字는 -juu형으로 구별하여 기재하고 있다. 5)3等 幽韻은 吳音資料에서 -eu형으로 나타나는데 磨光韻鏡에서는 -u형, -i형, -ju형, -o형 등 여러 字音形으로 기재하고 있다.
