The Scholar Special Lecture, a curriculum, is conducted based on the learning type test. 1:1 in-depth counseling and individual customized support were conducted at the same time through tests. Classes were conducted with special lectures and motivation for learning invited by seniors, self-directed learning strategies, academic stress management, and college life design. In addition, academic life monitoring was provided through a confirmation of academic status received from the instructor in charge of the student subject. BINGO, a comparative course, provided scholarships by taking learning type tests and e-learning courses and selecting students with high degree of academic improvement. In both programs, it was confirmed that students who completed both programs had higher academic achievement than those who did not, and the recurrence rate of academic warnings was also lower. In the case of the Bingo program, it was found that the support system for foreign students was insufficient as it was operated based on the voluntary participation of students. Accordingly, it is necessary to prepare a plan to encourage foreign students to participate and an English version of the learning counseling support system.

A대학은 2017년도부터 학습동기 및 학업생활 만족도 향상을 통한 수업 참여 의지를 개선하기 위해 학사경고 횟수에 따른 이원화된 맞춤형 학습지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 교과 과정인 스콜라특강에서는 학습유형검사를 바탕으로 1:1 심층상담 및 교과활동 운영시 개별 맞춤형 추수지도를 병행하였다. 선배초청 특강 및 주차별 학습동기 증진, 자기주도학습 전략, 학업 스트레스 관리, 대학생활 설계 등으로 수업이 이루어졌고 해 당 학생 교과목 담당 교수자에게 받는 학업현황확인서를 통해 학업 생활 모니터링을 제공하였다. 비교과 과정인 BINGO에서는 학습유형검사 및 비교과이러닝 강좌를 수강 하고 학업개선 정도가 높은 학생을 선발하여 장학금을 지원하였다. 두 개의 프로그램 모두 이수한 학생들이 미이수한 학생들보다 학업성취도가 높았으 며, 학사경고 재발률 또한 낮게 나타난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 학사경고의 원인 중 우울, 불안, 공황장애 등 심리적 어려움을 가진 학생들의 경우 상담센터와의 협조 및 유기적인 연계 지원이 필요한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 비대면 수업의 장기화로 인한 온· 오프라인 수업 운영 방안 및 지속적인 모니터링 체계를 마련할 필요가 있었다. BINGO 프로그램의 경우 학생들의 자발적 참여를 바탕으로 운영됨에 따라 외국인 학생들에 대 한 지원 체계가 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 외국인 학생들의 참여 독려 방안 및 영어 버전의 학습상담 지원 체계 마련이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
