The purpose of the current study was to use Ethnography to suggest an example of health welfare integration systems for the members of a multicultural society. For that purpose, the study proposed a way to use Ethnography based on the various examples of health welfare systems using key technology group of the 4th Industrial Revolution and the tabulation of their possibilities. By doing so, it developed for four-step process of construction of health welfare integration systems for scientific and creative healthcare for the multicultural society based on artificial intelligence and life-like hologram. The significance is to prove the possibility and justification of consumer-centered health welfare which perceives the members of a multicultural society the equal members of the Korean society, not mere beneficiaries of welfare. Finally, the methodology and findings of the study are expected to allow the organic unification of a multicultural society through the convergence of technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution and provide fundamental data for follow-up studies.

본 연구의 목적은 에스노그라피를 활용하여 다문화사회 구성원의 건강복지통합시스 템 구축의 예시를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 4차 산업혁명 핵심기술군을 활용한 건강 복지시스템의 다양한 사례와 함께 그 가능성을 타진하여 에스노그라피를 활용할 수 있 는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 기반으로 인공지능, 실감콘텐츠인 홀로그램 등을 적 용한 과학적이고 창조적인 다문화사회의 헬스케어를 위한 건강복지통합시스템 구축의 4단계 과정을 제시하였다. 이는 다문화사회 구성원을 시혜적 차원의 복지가 아닌 우리 나라 사회의 동질적 구성원으로서 수요자 의사를 반영한 수요자 중심의 건강복지의 가 능성과 당위성을 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제시된 연구과 정과 결과는 다문화사회에서 4차 산업혁명 기술의 융합과정 등의 유기적 결합을 가능 케 할 것이며, 이와 관련된 후속연구의 진행을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
