The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of “Feel the Rhythm of Korea, Season 1” as cultural content, identify the contents of Korean culture inherent in the video, and propose a method of educating it. The video “Feel the Rhythm of Korea, Season 1,” which is creating a syndrome around the world, is a Korean promotional video and a cultural content that reinterprets pansori in a modern way. In this study, “Feel the Rhythm of Korea, Season 1” was divided into “video” and “pansori” to analyze the contents and present an analysis frame so that learners can systematically understand the image of Korea’s representative culture contained in the video. Pansori reinterpreted modernly by the band [Inalchi] was analyzed according to the components of traditional pansori. Additionally, it was intended to help learners understand pansori by comparing the meme culture phenomenon reviewed and parodied on the YouTube platform with the pansori enjoyment method. After constructing a Korean cultural education model using cultural contents, the reality of education using “Feel the Rhythm of Korea, Season 1” was presented according to this model. Through the Korean culture class presented in this study, foreign learners will be able to systematically analyze Korean culture inherent in cultural content. Additionally, learners will be able to easily understand unfamiliar and inaccessible pansori, and will have the ability to consider and communicate other cultures in the process of accessing, communicating, and recreating cultural contents through online platforms.

본 연구의 목적은 문화콘텐츠로서 ‘Feel the Rhythm of Korea·시즌1’의 특징을 이해 하고 영상에 내재 되어 있는 한국문화 내용을 파악한 후 이를 교육하는 방안을 제안하 는 데 있다. 세계적으로 신드롬을 일으키고 있는 영상 ‘Feel the Rhythm of Korea·시즌 1’은 한국 홍보영상이며 판소리를 현대적으로 재해석한 문화콘텐츠이다. 본 연구에서는 ‘Feel the Rhythm of Korea·시즌1’을 ‘영상’과 ‘판소리’로 나누어 내용 을 분석하고 분석 틀을 제시하여 학습자가 영상 속에 담긴 한국의 대표 문화 이미지를 체계적으로 이해할 수 있도록 하였다. 전통 판소리의 구성요소에 따라 밴드 [이날치]에 의해 현대적으로 재해석된 판소리를 분석하였다. 또한 유튜브 플랫폼에서 리뷰, 패러 디되고 있는 밈 문화 현상을 판소리의 향유방식과 비교하여 판소리에 대한 학습자의 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 한국문화교육 모형을 구성한 후에는 이 모형에 따라 ‘Feel the Rhythm of Korea·시즌1’을 활용한 교육의 실제를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 한국문화 수업을 통해 외국인 학습자들은 문화콘텐츠에 내재 된 한국문화를 체계적으로 분석할 수 있는 능력을 신장할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 학습들은 낯설고 접근하기 어려운 판소리를 쉽게 이해할 수 있을 것이며 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 문화콘텐츠를 접하고 소통하며 재창조하는 과정에서 타 문화를 배려하고 소통할 수 있 는 능력을 갖출 수 있을 것이다.
