The Israeli military won four of Arab-Israeli Wars and the several counter-terrorism battles. The reason why this was possible was that the Israeli military established a reasonable military strategy in consideration of the security environment and established a flexible defense acquisition system to quickly provide the latest weapon system in response to constantly changing enemy’s vulnerable point. If Israel’s military strategy and defense acquisition system are applied according to the situation of Korea, Korea will be able to develop into a small but strong country as much as Israel. In other words, this study is to learn about Israel’s defense acquisition systems such as military strategies, procurement organization, planned requirements, program and budget, acquisition and operation and maintenance, and to present implications for the Korean military. In May 2021, a major conflict broke out between Israel and Palestine. Fourteen days after the conflict began, a ceasefire between the two sides was signed with the victory of Defense Forces (IDF).

이스라엘 군은 4차례의 중동전쟁과 수차례의 대테러전에서 승리하였다. 그 이유는 이스라엘 군은 안보환 경을 고려한 합리적인 군사전략을 수립하고 계속 변화하는 적의 취약점에 대응하여 최신 무기체계를 신속히 제공 할 수 있도록 유연한 국방획득체계를 구축하였기 때문이다. 이러한 이스라엘의 군사전략과 국방획득체계를 대한민 국 실정에 맞는 군사전략과 국방획득체계를 적용한다면 우리나라도 이스라엘 못지않은 강소국으로 발전할 수 있 을 것이다. 결국, 본 연구는 이스라엘의 군사전략과 획득조직, 소요기획, 계획 및 예산, 획득 및 운영유지의 국방획 득체계에 대해 알아보고 우리 군에 적용할 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 지난, 2021년 5월 이스라엘과 팔레스타인 사이에서 대규모 분쟁이 발생했다. 분쟁 시작 14일 만에 이스라엘군(Israeli Defense Forces, IDF)의 전승으로 양 측간의 휴전이 조인되었다.
