Purpose : This paper analyzes digital trade as a dimension to maintain and spread its function as a new trade growth engine in Korea in the future, along with a plan to build it as a global platform, centering on blockchain, one of the innovative technologies initiating in 4IR. The purpose of this study is to continue research at the convergence level as a new national development strategy. Research design, data, methodology : Therefore, this paper was executed with a focus on how to effectively implement a digital trade acceleration strategy so that Korea can maintain a competitive edge in the future based on the establishment of a blockchain platform. Results : The recent acceleration of the spread of Digital Trade and the expansion of CBEC transactions has brought about a major change in the scope and form of global trade, and is contributing greatly to the global growth of Global SCM. Among them, the blockchain platform is being used in various industrial fields such as financial transactions, authentication, smart contracts, and distribution management, and it is analyzed as a result of the study that it will be actively used in trade finance and digital trade. Conclusions : In the future, it is judged that internal and external development and technology application cases will continue to increase, centering on attempts to utilize the blockchain platform in the digital trade field.

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명을 대표하는 혁신기술 중의 하나인 블록체인을 중심으로, 이를 글로벌 플랫폼으로 구축하는 방안과 함께, 향후 우리나라의 무역 신성장동력으로서의 기능을 유지 확 산하는 차원으로서의 디지털 무역을 분석하고, 이를 새로운 국가 발전 전략으로 융복합 차원 에서의 연구를 지속하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 최근 가속화되어지고 있는 Digital Trade의 확산과 CBEC 거래의 확대는 기존 글로벌 확장 시대 의 물리적 무역의 시간적 및 공간적 범위와 운영 형태에 큰 변화를 가져왔고 Global SCM이 국제적으로 성장하는 데에 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 이중 블록체인 플랫폼은 다양한 산업 분야에서 선제적으로 활용되어지고 있으며 특히 무역 금융 및 디지털 무역 분야에서 적극 활용되어질 것으로 연구 결과 분석되어졌다. 따라서 본 연구는 블록체인 플랫폼 구축을 기반으로 하여, 향후 우리나라가 글로벌 무역 경쟁 우위를 유지할 수 있도록 디지털 무역 가속화 전략을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 데에 연구의 초점을 두고 진행하였다. 요컨대 유럽의 디지털 무역 컨소시엄 및 싱가포르의 블록체인 무역 플랫폼 등에서 블록체인을 적용한 디지털 무역 확산의 사례가 점차 증가하고 있으며, 국내에서도 민관 합동 중심으로 해 운물류 관련 블록체인 컨소시엄 및 IoT 전용망 활용 연구가 가속화되어지고 있다. 향후 디지털 무역 분야의 블록체인 플랫폼 활용 시도를 중심으로, 대내외적인 개발 및 기술 적용사례가 지속적으로 증가되어질 것으로 판단하고 있으며, 이에 따라 이론적인 기술과 실무 적용을 아우르는 추가적인 융복합 연구의 필요성이 절실하다 하겠다.
