This study is a case study examining changes in school adjustment by conducting collage art therapy for a school maladjustment adolescent. The subject of this study was a 17-year-old high school freshman. Collage art therapy was performed once a week for a total of 15 sessions for 60 minutes. The collage art therapy program was conducted with the goal of improving the school adjustment of the school maladjusted student, and the school adaptation scale and the Kinetic School Drawing (KSD) were conducted to evaluate the psychological status of the study subjects. To examine the psychological and behavioral changes of adolescents maladjusted to school following collage art therapy, verbal and non-verbal behavior observations and collage works were analyzed for each session. The results of this study are as follows. The collage art therapy program showed positive changes in the pre- and post- results of the school adjustment scale and KSD. In addition, through this case, it was found that collage art therapy is effective for self-expression, self-understanding, self-insight, as well as interaction with others, which can affect school adjustment of school maladjusted adolescents.

이 연구는 학교부적응 청소년을 대상으로 콜라주 미술치료를 실시하여 학교적응 변화 를 살펴 본 사례연구이다. 연구대상은 만 17세의 고등학교 1학년 여학생이다. 주 1회 60 분 총 15회기로 콜라주 미술치료를 실시하였다. 콜라주 미술치료 프로그램은 학교부적응 학생의 학교적응을 향상시키기 위한 목표로 진행하였으며 연구대상의 심리적인 수준을 평가하기 위하여 학교적응검사와 학교생활화(KSD)검사를 실시하였다. 콜라주 미술치료에 따른 학교부적응 청소년의 심리·행동적 변화를 살펴보기 위해 각 회기별 언어 및 비언어 적 행동관찰과 콜라주 작품을 분석하였다. 이를 통한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 콜라주 미술치료 프로그램은 학교적응 척도와 투사적 그림검사의 사전ž사후 결과에 긍정적인 변 화를 나타냈다. 또한, 본 사례를 통하여 콜라주 미술치료가 학교부적응 청소년의 학교적 응에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 자기표현, 자기이해, 자기통찰은 물론 타인과의 상호작용에 효 과적임을 알 수 있었다.
