CSR began with imbalances, inequality, and concerns about the public interest arising from the environment of capitalism. Socialism is also facing a situation in which CSR is promoted because it is difficult to pursue the ideal public interest in a situation where everyone is satisfied in order to grow with a focus on the economy. This study aims to analyze the difference in social responsibility between socialism and capitalism. In particular, we would like to compare and analyze the CSR of China, a socialist country that has grown rapidly due to the good faith policy, and Korea, where companies neglected social responsibility a lot for economic growth. This study compared and analyzed state-owned banks and major banks in Korea, which are representatively fulfilling social responsibility in the Chinese financial industry, focusing on the financial industry where CSR began. As a result of the study, the difference in social responsibility between Chinese state-owned banks and Korean banks arose from ethical and charitable responsibilities. These findings have implications for understanding China's social responsibility in the future and related social responsibility such as companies and countries, as well as ESG strategy establishment and policies.

CSR은 자본주의의 환경에서 발생하는 불균형과 불평등 그리고 공익에 대한 고민에서 시작되었다. 사회주의 역시 경제에 초점을 두 어 성장하기 위해서는 모두가 만족하는 상황에서는 이상적인 공익을 추구하기 어렵기에 CSR을 추진하는 상황을 직면하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회주의와 자본주의의 사회적 책임에 대한 차이를 분석하고자 한다. 특히 선부론 정책으로 고속 성장한 사회주의 국가인 중국과 경제성장을 목적으로 기업들이 사회적 책임을 많이 소홀히 하였던 한국의 CSR을 사례로 비교분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 CSR이 시작되었던 금융업을 중심으로 중국　금융산업에서 사회적 책임을 대표적으로 이행하고 있는 국유은행과 한국의 주요은행을 비교분석하였다. 연구결과 중국국유은행과 한국의 은행과의 사회적 책임 차이는 윤리적 책임과 자선적 책임에서 발생하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 중국의 사회적 책임에 대한 이해와 이와 관련된 기업과 국가등 사회적 책임 및 ESG 전략수립과 정책에 시사하는 바 가 있다.
