The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderation effect of child Abuse Perception between job hardship and turnover intention. The subject were 139 policemen on duty of child protection. The major findings were as follows. Firstly, the hardship of the female youth police officers in charge of child abuse were relatively low and the perception of child abuse was relatively high. and there was no difference in the turnover intention. Secondly, it was found that the higher the job hardship of female youth police officers, the higher their intention to leave. Thirdly, it was found that the perception of child abuse can be a maily impacting factor to reduce their turnover intention. Fourthly, it was found that the perception of child abuse had a moderating effect, such as alleviating the relationship. On that basis, this study suggest to keep the importance of sound child abuse perception for reducing female youth policemen’s turnover intention and police job hardship.

이 연구의 목적은 아동학대예방 업무를 담당하는 여성청소년경찰의 업무고충이 이 직의도에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고, 명확한 아동학대인식이 주는 조절효과의 수준 과 맥락을 분석하는데 있다. 조사의 대상은 아동청소년보호 업무를 담당하는 경찰관 152명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이중 139명의 응답을 자료분석에 포함하였다. 연구의 주요결과로는 첫째, 학대전담경찰관의 업무고충은 비전담에 비해 상대적으로 낮고 아동학대인식은 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 하지만 이직의도에서는 차이가 없었 다. 둘째, 여성청소년경찰의 업무고충이 높을수록 이직의도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 아동학대인식은 여성청소년경찰의 이직의도를 감소시킬 수 있는 요인이 될 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 여성청소년경철의 업무고충이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 관 계에서 아동학대인식은 그런 관계를 완화해 주는 등 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서는 아동학대 사건수사업무를 담당하는 여성청소년경찰의 업무 고충을 개선과 함께, 아동학대인식증진을 중심으로 한 이직의도 감소방안을 제시했다.
