This study attempted to revise and supplement the simulation practice module by confirming the effectiveness and experience analysis of the research participants while conduc ting nursing simulation practice for newborns with respiratory disabilities to nursing students. The main results of this study First, nursing students' nursing knowledge and practice satisfaction were improved. Second, the most difficult point during practice was monitor interpretation and application, and the orientation education requirement for simulation was high. As a result of the empirical analysis, 5 central themes and 12 sub-topics were derived. Although the students were afraid of the unfamiliar environment they encountered for the first time, they confirmed a positive change by drawing an experience instead of the actual field as an opportunity for simulation practice. On the other hand, it presented a better direction for simulation practice by expressing the regret of the practice strategy, which was insufficiently prepared. Accordingly, it was possible to complete the modified and supplemented practice module for nursing simulation for newborns with respiratory disabilities.

이 연구는 간호대학생에게 호흡장애 신생아 간호시뮬레이션 실습을 진행하면서 효과 성과 연구참여자의 경험분석을 확인하여 시뮬레이션 실습모듈을 수정·보완하고자 하였 다. 본 연구의 주요결과 첫째, 간호학생들의 간호지식과 실습만족도가 향상되었다. 둘째, 실습 시 가장 어려웠던 점은 모니터 해석 및 적용이었으며, 시뮬레이션에 대한 오리엔테 이션 교육요구도가 높게 나타났다. 경험분석 결과는 5개 중심주제와 12개 하위주제가 도 출되었다. 처음 접하는 낯선 환경의 두려움이 있었지만, 시뮬레이션 실습기회로 실제 현장 을 대신하며 긍정적인 변화를 확인하였다. 반면 준비가 미비했던 실습전략의 아쉬움을 토 로하며 시뮬레이션 실습의 더 나은 방향을 제시하였다. 이에 수정·보완된 호흡장애 신생 아 간호시뮬레이션 실습모듈을 완성할 수 있었다.
