The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the relationship between a public sports center employees resilience on happiness, self-efficacy, organizational commitment & organizational citizenship behaviors through structural equation model analysis. For this purpose, this study set 208 employees at the ten public sports center located in Gyeonggi-do region as the research subjects. In an effort to verify the proposed structural model, this study used IBM SPSSWIN Ver. 23.0 and AMOS 18.0. First, resilience had a positive effect on happiness. Second, resilience had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Third, resilience had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, happiness had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviors. Fifth, self-efficacy didn't had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviors. Sixth, organizational commitment had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviors.

이 연구의 목적은 공공스포츠센터 종사원의 회복탄력성과 행복감, 자기효능감, 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치 는 영향 관계를 구조방정식모형을 통해 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 경기지역에 소재한 공공스포츠센터 10개소의 남녀 종사원 208명을 대상으로 하였다. 표본추출은 편의표본추출법과 설문지작성은 자기기입식으로 하였다. 제안한 구조모형을 검증하기 위해 IBM SPSSWIN Ver. 23.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 회복탄력성은 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 회복탄력성은 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 조직 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 행복감은 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 자기효능감은 조직시 민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 여섯째, 조직몰입은 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
