The purpose of this study is to investigate the vocational preparation and decision-making relationship of sports majors for building a sports safety network. The subject of this study is Seoul for one month from March 10th to April 10th, 2021 as a sports major. A total of 300 people were asked to complete the questionnaire, and the questionnaire was created directly before answering the questionnaire and after explaining the purpose of the questionnaire and points to note when answering. The completed questionnaire was immediately collected, and a total of 258 copies were used as final analytical data, excluding 42 nonconforming copies. For data processing, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to perform frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model. First, it had a significant influence on the vocational decisions of sports majors. Second, the profession of sports majors had a significant impact on vocational preparation. Third, the vocational decisions of sports majors had a significant impact on vocational preparation.

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 안전망 구축을 위한 스포츠 전공자의 직업준비와 결정관계를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 스포츠 전공자로써 2021년 3월 10일부터 4월10일까지 한달간 서울･경기권 소재 대학교 스포츠 전공 학생들을 대상으로 편의표본 추출법을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 총300명을 실시하였으며, 설문 응답 전, 설문지 의 목적과 응답시 유의사항에 대해 설명 후 설문지를 직접 작성 하도록 하였다. 작성이 완료된 설문지는 즉시 회수하였으 며, 이중 분석 자료로 부적합한 42부를 제외하고 총 258부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS21.0과 AMOS21.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형을 실시하였다. 첫째, 스포츠 전공자의 직업의 결정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 스포츠 전공자의 직업은 직업준비에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 스포츠전공자의 직업결정은 직업준비에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
