The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovative behavior of leisure culture of MZ generation on smart device acceptance intention and mobile health care behavior. As of 2021, the MZ generation (those born between 1982 and 2001) living in Gangwon-do was set as the population, and a total of 360 data were used for the actual analysis using the convenience sampling method. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the innovative behavior of leisure culture of MZ generation was found to affect the intention to accept smart devices. Second, the innovative behavior of MZ generation leisure culture was found to have an effect on m-health care behavior. Third, it can be seen that there is a close relationship with the innovative behavior of the MZ generation leisure culture, the intention to accept smart devices, and the mobile health care behavior.

본 연구의 목적은 MZ세대 여가문화의 혁신행동이 스마트기기 수용의도와 모바일 헬스케어행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있으며, 2021년 현재 강원도 내 거주하며 사설 스포츠센터 회원으로 등록되어 있는 MZ세대(1982년 ~ 2001 년 출생자)를 모집단으로 설정하였고 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 360의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 조사도구는 코로나 (Covid-19) 사태로 인해 대면 응답을 통한 자료조사에 제한이 있으므로 구글 설문 양식 형태로 제작된 설문지를 이용하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 26.0을 통해 기술분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 인과관계분석을 하였 고 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, MZ세대 여가문화의 혁신행동은 스마트기기 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, MZ세대 여가문화의 혁신행동은 모바일 헬스케어행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, MZ세대 여가문화의 혁신행동과 스마트기기 수용의도와 모바일 헬스케어행동과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있다.
