Korea's delivery market has grown rapidly in a short period of time, and companies are trying to improve service quality, but consumer dissatisfaction is increasing due to unstructured services. At the same time, many foreigners living in Korea will experience inconvenience when using Korean delivery apps. In this paper, the effect of delivery app service failure perceived by foreigners living in Korea and foreign consumer characteristics on delivery app switching intention and compliance intention through dissatisfaction and perceived risk was studied. The results of 417 responses obtained by distributing the completed questionnaire were analyzed with SPSS version 24. As a result of the analysis, the importance of providing image information for menus and support for payment cancellation was discovered. In addition, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of food delivery apps, a scheme was proposed to increase the compliance intention of foreign users and lower the switching intention.

한국의 배달시장은 짧은 시간 동안 급성장하였다. 기업들은 배달 서비스의 질을 높이고자 노력 중이지만, 여전히 체계화되지 않은 서비스로 인해 소비자의 불만은 증가하고 있다. 특히, 한국에 거주 중인 많은 외국인들은 한국 배달앱을 이용할 때 불편함을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국에 체류중인 외국인들이 인지한 배달앱 서비스 실패와 외국인 소비자 특성이, 불만족과 지각된 위험을 통해 배달 앱의 전환의도와 순응의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 작성된 설문지를 배포하여 얻은 400여부의 응답결과를 SPSS 24 버전으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 메뉴에 대한 이미지 정보제공, 결제취소에 대 한 지원의 중요성을 발굴하였다. 또한, 음식 배달앱 경쟁력 강화를 위한, 외국인 사용자의 순응의도는 높이고, 전환의도는 낮추는 방안을 제안하였다.
