Multiple majors generally refer to double majors, minors, interdisciplinary majors, and fusion majors. In this study, key factors were derived so that the various multi-major activation methods suggested in previous studies could be systematically and efficiently operated using university resources, and how they were related to university students' performance was analyzed through a questionnaire. First of all, in order to activate multiple majors through the analysis of prior research, a public relations strategy suitable for the students' eye level is needed, and a support system that can support the students is required. In addition, relevant information should be provided so that it can be helpful in determining the student's career path by measuring the achievements of students participating in multiple majors. In particular, performance analysis is a strategy that analyzes what kind of performance a student has achieved while completing multiple majors. If it is systematically analyzed and guided to other students, it can positively affect the student's career decision. Lastly, if the support system identifies and provides what the students need as a benefit that the university provides to the students, it will help to establish the multiple major as a new major in the university. In addition, it can be seen that it has a positive effect on the student's external performance.

다중전공은 일반적으로 복수전공, 부전공, 연계전공과 융합전공을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 선행연구 에서 제시되었던 다양한 다중전공 활성화 방안을 대학의 자원을 활용하여 체계적이고 조직적으로 운영될 수 있도 록 핵심요인을 도출하여 대학생의 성과와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 설문을 통해서 분석하였다. 우선, 선행연구 분석 을 통하여 다중전공이 활성화되기 위해서는 학생의 눈높이에 맞은 홍보전략이 필요하고 학생을 지원할 수 있는 지원체계가 필요하다. 또한, 다중전공에 참여한 학생이 어떠한 성과를 달성했는지 측정하여 학생의 진로를 결정하 는 데 도움이 될 수 있도록 관련 정보를 제공하여야 한다. 특히, 성과분석은 학생이 다중전공을 이수하는 동안 어 떠한 성과를 달성했는지 분석하는 전략으로 체계적으로 분석되어 다른 학생에게 안내된다면 학생의 진로 결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 마지막으로, 지원체계는 대학이 학생에게 지원할 수 있는 실행전략으로 학생이 필 요로 하는 것을 파악하여 제공한다면 다중전공이 대학에서 새로운 전공으로 자리잡는데 도움이 되며, 이러한 결과 는 학생의 외적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다.
