In this paper, for the elderly who cannot read notices or notices published by the apartment management office properly due to presbyopia and foreigners who do not learn Korean properly, the elderly using TTS (Text-to-Speech) and translation API provided by Google We will implement a system that provides a voice guidance service that provides voice guidance to foreigners and a translation service that translates Korean into a foreign language for foreigners. In order to provide this function to users, there is a separate administrator page for managing apartment notices, and the function is implemented to store the notices in the database, create MP3 files, and create different MP3 files for each language. In addition, in order to utilize it properly, a hosting function using a Raspberry Pi as a server computer was implemented, and it was designed to be accessible from inside the apartment.

본 논문에서는 아파트 관리사무소에서 게재하는 공고문이나 안내문 등을, 노안으로 인해 제대로 읽지 못하 는 노인들과 한글을 제대로 익히지 못하는 외국인들을 위해, 구글에서 제공한 TTS(Text-to-Speech)와 번역 API 를 이용하여 노인들에게는 음성으로 안내해주는 음성 안내 서비스를, 외국인들에게는 한글을 외국어로 번역해주는 번역 서비스를 제공해주는 시스템을 구현한다. 이 기능을 사용자들에게 제공하기 위해 아파트 안내문을 관리하는 관리자 페이지가 별도로 존재하며, 안내문을 데이터베이스에 저장함과 동시에 MP3 파일을 생성하고, 언어별로 다 른 MP3 파일을 생성하도록 기능을 구현하였다. 또한 이를 제대로 활용하기 위해 라즈베리파이를 서버 컴퓨터로 사 용하는 호스팅 기능을 구현했으며, 사용자가 게재물에 접근할 때 효율성을 약 228배 높일 수 있도록 설계했다.
