COVID-19 of the world-spread since 2020 has widely changed people's lives. To enter the place of ban gathering, people must check their body temperature such as face or hands, and fill out the access list or check in with QR codes. This access list can be used in the contact tracing in case of COVID-19 happening later. Various methods on writing the access list happen in lots of places, then it is not easy to control the access list or manage data from the access list. Therefore, this paper does comparative analysis of methods of writing the access list, and proposes an effective and convenient method of writing the access list. The proposed method may reduce writing time of the access list and serve convenience to customers who want to enter or manager who is working on the place of ban gathering. This study will release stress about access list to tired people by COVID-19 in the situation where the COVID-19 is prolonged.

2020년부터 전세계로 확산된 코로나 바이러스는 우리의 일상을 많이 변화시키고 있다. 집합시설에 입장하 려면 얼굴이나 손에 대한 온도 체크와 출입명부를 작성하여야 입장을 할 수 있도록 되어 있고 이것은 추후에 역 학조사 등에 대한 자료로 이용된다. 현재 여러 가지 출입명부 작성방법이 사용되고 있어 관리의 어려움이 존재하 고 있다. 본 논문에서는 출입명부 작성방법들에 대한 장단점을 살펴보고 보다 효율적이고 편리한 출입명부 작성방 법에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 연구는 집합시설을 방문하는 고객뿐만 아니라 집합시설 관리자의 입장에서도 복잡하거나 시간이 많이 걸리지 않는 효율적인 방법으로 연구하고자 한다. 그리고 기존의 방법들과 제안한 방법을 비교 및 분석하여 장단점을 파악한다. 본 연구 결과가 코로나에 지친 시민들에게 출입명부 작성에 대한 스트레스 에서 벗어나게 해줄 수 있으리라 예측한다.
