This study examined domestic studies on AI education studied from 2013 to 2021 and analyzed papers. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing papers related to AI education by year and research content, it was confirmed that research related to AI education has been on a rapid increase since 2020 and is being conducted in various areas. Second, as a result of the analysis focusing on the contents of the study, research related to the development and application of AI education programs was conducted the most, followed by education using AI, AI-related curriculum, and perception survey. On the other hand, research on AI ethics and basic principles was relatively insufficient. Third, the subjects of the study were in the order of elementary school students, college students (including pre-service teachers), teachers, and middle school students. It can be seen that field-based research such as the development and application of AI education programs and curriculum development for elementary school students is being conducted most actively by elementary school teachers. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the tools used in the study, it was confirmed that various AI education platforms or tools based on block-type programming language were mainly used. As confirmed in the analysis of the study subjects earlier, it can be seen that a number of studies were conducted on elementary school students, and an intuitive education platform considering the learner's level was used. Finally, as a result of the analysis of the subject applied to AI, it was found in the order of practical science (information), mathematics, society, English, science, and ethics.

본 연구는 2013년부터 2021년까지 연구된 인공지능 교육에 관한 국내 연구들을 살펴보고 논문 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인공지능 교육과 관련된 논문을 연도 및 연구내용별로 분석한 결과 2020 년 이후 인공지능 교육 관련 연구는 급격한 증가세를 보이며, 다양한 영역으로 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구 내용을 중심으로 분석한 결과 인공지능 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용과 관련한 연구가 가 장 많이 이뤄졌으며, 다음으로 인공지능을 활용한 교육, 인공지능 관련 교육과정 및 인식조사 관련 연구 등의 순으로 나타났다. 반면 인공지능 윤리나 기초원리와 관련한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하였다. 셋째, 연구 대상은 초등학생, 대학생, 교사, 중학생 순으로 많이 연구되었다. 이것은 초등학생들을 위한 인공지능 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용, 교육과정개발 등의 현장기반 연구가 초등교사를 중심으로 가장 활발하게 수행되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 연구에 사용된 도구를 분석한 결과 블록형 프로그래밍 언어에 기반한 다양한 인공지능 교육 플랫 폼이나 교구들이 주로 사용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이것은 앞서 연구 대상 분석에서도 확인되었듯이 다 수의 연구가 초등학생을 대상으로 수행되어 학습자의 수준을 고려한 직관적인 교육 플랫폼이 사용된 것을 알 수 있다. 끝으로, 인공지능 적용 교과 분석 결과 실과(정보), 수학, 사회, 영어, 과학, 도덕(윤리) 순으로 나타났다.
