The Effect of Personal Trainers’ Perception on the Consumers’ Re-registration : Moderating Effects of the Period of Exercise Participation

This study first identified the effect of personal trainer perception on re-enrollment, and then The purpose of this study was to verify whether there is a difference in the influence of consumers according to the period of exercise participation. In order to achieve this purpose, data were collected from 75 trainers using the completed survey tool through pre-test, and the collected data were subjected to regression analysis and general linear analysis to obtain the following results. First, personal trainer perception showed a statistically significant difference in repurchase center satisfaction and coach satisfaction. Second, the interaction effect of exercise participation period and perception did not show a statistical difference in repurchase center satisfaction and coach satisfaction, so it was found that it could not play the role of a moderating variable
