The logistics industry is continuing to innovate in combination with the times. As the logistics industry leaped forward due to the rapid growth of e-commerce, growth in China has improved, and competition within the industry has become fiercer than before. In addition to the internal and external environment analysis of SF Express Company, this study analyzes the selection and implementation of competition strategies from various perspectives through analysis tools such as the M. Potter 5 Forces model and SWOT analysis, and proposes basic competition strategies and implementations thatmeet their needs and future development. This study analyzed the impact of COVID-19 on the Chinese courier industry and SF Express companies to diagnose the development trend of the courier industry and SF Express companies in line with changes in the economic environment and global supply chain system, and provided implications. With the conclusion drawn, SF Express’s direct management model is more advantageous for corporate logistics services, and it was found that such a unified management and management are effective in preventing wasting time, preserving customer information, and tracking cargo.

물류산업은 시대와 결합해 혁신을 거듭하고 있다. 전자상거래의 급성장으로 물류업계가 도약하면서 중국에서의 성장도 좋아졌고, 업계 내 경쟁도 이전보다 치열해졌다. 본 연구는 순펑 회사의 내부 및 외부 환경 분석에 더해 포터 5 Forces 모델 및 SWOT 분석법 등의 분석 툴을 통해 그 경쟁 전략의 선택과 실행에 대해 다각적인 관점에서 분석하고, 그 필요성과 미래 발전에 부합하는 기본 경쟁 전략 및 실행에 대해 제안하고 자 한다. 본 연구는 코로나19가 중국 택배업계 및 순펑 택배회사에 미치는 영향을 분석해 중국 내 경제환경과 세계 공급망 체계의 변화에 따라 택배업 계 및 순펑 회사의 발전 추이를 진단하고 중국 택배업계의 질 높은 발전 대책을 다각도로 검토하여 시사점을 제공하였다. 도출된 결론으로 순펑 의 직영 모델은 기업의 물류 서비스에 더욱 유리하며, 이러한 통일된 관리와 경영을 본사에서 정하여 통일화된 제도는 시간의 낭비를 방지하고 고객 정보의 보존, 화물의 추적 관리에도 효과적임을 규명하였다.
