The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of major satisfaction, nursing professional intuition, self leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing college students, and to identify factors that influence career preparation behavior. Data were collected from 202 nursing college students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of career preparation behavior in nursing college students was 3.16±.85. There were significant differences in career preparation behavior with respect to grade(t=-4.86, p<.001), college life satisfaction (F=11.82, p<.001). There was positive correlation between career preparation behavior and major satisfaction (r=.34, p<.001), nursing professional intuition(r=.24, p=.001), and self leadership(r=.54, p<.001). Factors affecting the career preparation behavior of the study subjects were self leadership(β=.491, p<.001), grade(β=.284, p<.001), college life satisfaction(β=.133, p=.039), and the explanatory power was 37.3%. Through this research requires the fellow study to determine the factors affecting career preparation behavior of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 전공만족도, 간호전문직관, 셀프리더십, 진로준비행동의 정도를 확인하고 진 로준비행동에 영향 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 간호대학생 202명을 대상으로 하였다. 자 료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회 귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 진로준비행동은 3.16±.85점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 진로준비행동의 차이를 분석 한 결과 학년(t=-4.86, p<.001), 대학생활만족(F=11.82, p<.001)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 연구대상자의 진로준비 행동은 전공만족도(r=.34, p<.001), 간호전문직관(r=.24, p=.001), 셀프리더십(r=.54, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈 다. 대상자의 진로준비행동 영향 요인은 셀프리더십(β=.491, p<.001), 학년(β=.284, p<.001), 대학생활만족(β=.133, p=.039)으로 나타났고, 설명력은 37.3%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생을 대상으로 진로준비행동 영향 요인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 필요하다.
