초록
영어
Compared with the past, our country has increased concern and expectation of safety, but it is still a social problem due to the national anxiety due to repeated accidents at the industrial sites. The disasters occurring in the industrial field are distributed all over the industry, and the occurrence rate of disasters is decreasing due to the focus management. In case of industrial accidents, human and material disasters are caused. Trauma during human accidents is a disability that occurs after experiencing severe traumatic events while working at the workplace. It is a continuous and repeated experience of the incident, It is a condition that constantly avoids, responds paralyzed, and has symptoms of increased arousal. Trauma, a symptom of stress, such as panic disorder, seizures, and extreme anxiety, occurs in the worker who witnessed a shocking scene of the accident indirectly, the family member or friend of the first victim, the survivor of the victim. It is most likely to develop immediately after a disaster, but it may develop after several years (ten years), and it may develop continuously, repetitively, and complexly. Therefore, in order to heal the workers’ trauma, it is necessary to consider what effort is necessary for the individual and society to ‘heal’ together. In order to heal trauma caused by industrial accidents, individuals and society must continue to carry out research with the task of respecting human life.
