The Effects of Consultation Mode and Privacy Concerns on Patients’ Self-disclosure Behavior in Online Health Community

Improving patient information disclosure is the premise to ensure treatment effect. This study explores the effects of different interaction modes (human doctor, AI doctor, and the combination of the two) and different degrees of privacy concerns on patients’ self-disclosure behavior. The research results will provide academic and practical implications for improving the application of artificial intelligence in telemedicine services.
