A new coronavirus, COVID-19, was discovered in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. This new coronavirus spreads like wildfire and becomes a global pandemic. As of October 2021, more than 241 million people are infected, and around 5 million are dead. The pandemic has disrupted our lives and world economies. Different countries have responded to the pandemic in different ways with varying results. While various policies can lead to different results, many factors can affect the spread and severity of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research investigates the effects of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and healthcare expenditures on the COVID-19 pandemic.
