A Framework for Clustering Business Process in Robotic Process Automation

초록

영어

Robotic process automation (RPA) has a high potential to transform the workplace with software-based robots. For example, companies can automate or simplify process, maximize resources and minimize human error. The primary purpose of this research is to propose a business process clustering framework to introduce RPA effectively to an organization. The proposed framework compares the degree of process maturity and process complexity of each business process and classifies the types of RPA adoption possibilities in the business process. A real–life case is illustrated to demonstrate the RPA adoptability of our framework.
