The article is organized as follows. The first clarifies research questions, the purpose of study and methodology about case study of Ori(梧里 李元翼) integrity thought & suggestion of efficient audit system. 본고는 정부 공직(관료)부패에 대한 감사원 감사의 제도적 한계와 그 극복을 위한 정신적 측면의 이원익의 청렴사례를 중심으로 한 청렴체험프로그램을 제안하고자 한다. 주요 내용 은 기존의 감사제도적 측면의 부패 예방, 방지 효과가 미미하거나 실효성을 거두지 못하였 다고 판단되기 때문에 공직자의 정신적 측면의 공직부패 예방과 치유책 개발을 통한 치유효 과를 거두고자 하기 때문이다. 본 고는 2017년 현재 정부신뢰를 추락시키고 있는 요인 중 의 하나인 관료부패의 역기능 진단과 치유방안을 조선중기 영상 이원익의 생애를 통한 오리 청렴 사상과 힐링 체험 프로그램을 중심으로 제안하였으며, 그런 관료부패와 관료병(리)의 개선과 예방, 치유를 위한 구체적 사료를 중심으로 오리의 삶에 베어 있었던 청렴관, 부동심 등을 체험할 수 있는 청렴체험과 힐링 프로그램을 중심으로 감사제도적 측면의 시사점과 활용방안 및 사회적 활용 측면으로 구분하여 5가지 대안을 제안하였다.
