This paper intends to suggest the necessity of analytical psychological pastoral counseling as pastoral care for young people who leave the church who are in the blind spot of care. Carl Jung has suggested that analytical psychology is a psychology that enables people who have lost their meaning to existing institutional religions to reflect on their identity and spirituality. Analytical psychologist Erna Van De Winkel describes life's difficult times as 'a voyage of the night' and says that the human soul experiences transformation and transcendence through this voyage. We hope that young people who leave the church on a night voyage can experience the transcendence and transformation of their lives through analytic psychological pastoral counseling, and I would like to suggest this as pastoral care. Through Carl Jung's analytical psychological pastoral counseling, we will argue for the need for pastoral counseling that can help young people form their identity and ultimately help them with the Christian individuation process that provides them with the opportunity to help them recover the image of God and discern their vocation. To this end, first, pastoral counseling for young people who departed from the church who started 'Night Voyage', second, analytic psychological pastoral counseling to establish identity, third, pastoral counseling to help recognize the plurality and otherness of the mind, Fourth, the necessity and significance of pastoral counseling to practice the love of Jesus and seek the image of God will be asserted. This will conclude the thesis by suggesting that the process of individuation of healthy Christians among young people can be well implemented.

이 논문은 돌봄의 사각지대에 놓여있는 교회이탈 청년들을 위한 목회적 돌봄으로 써 분석심리학적 목회상담의 필요성을 제언하고자 한다. 칼 융(Carl Jung)은 분석심리 학이 기존의 제도적인 종교에 의미를 잃어버린 사람들이 자기 정체성과 영성을 성찰 할 수 있는 심리학이라고 제언한 바 있다. 분석심리학자인 에르나 반 드 빙켈(Erna Van De Winkel)은 인생의 시련의 시간을 ‘밤의 항해’라고 표현하면서, 이 항해를 통 해서 인간의 영혼이 변형과 초월을 경험한다고 했다. 따라서 본 논문은 교회이탈 청 년들의 삶의 경험을 ‘밤의 항해’라는 상징적 은유로 표현하고자 한다. 밤의 항해를 떠 난 교회이탈 청년들이 분석심리학적 목회상담을 통해서 삶의 초월과 변형의 경험을 할 수 있기를 희망하며 이를 목회적 돌봄으로 제언하고자 한다. 칼 융의 분석심리학적 목회상담을 통해 청년들의 정체성 형성을 돕고 이들에게 궁극적으로 하나님 형상 회복과 소명 분별을 도울 기회를 제공하는 기독교 개성화 과정의 의미를 주장할 것이 다. 이를 위해 첫째, ‘밤의 항해’를 시작한 교회이탈 청년들을 위한 목회상담, 둘째, 정 체성 확립을 위한 분석심리학적 목회상담, 셋째, 정신의 복수성과 타자성의 인식을 돕 는 목회상담, 넷째, 예수님의 사랑을 실천하고 하나님의 형상을 찾아가는 목회상담의 필요성과 의의를 주장할 것이다. 이를 통해 청년들의 건강한 기독교인의 개성화 과정 을 촉진시킬 수 있을 것이라 제언하며 논문을 마칠 것이다.
