The purpose of this study is to present the direction of future HRD using text mining techniques. To achieve this research purpose, text mining analysis was conducted on the abstract of HRD research related to the 4th Industrial Revolution conducted in Korea. There are a total of three text mining techniques used in this study: keyword analysis, topic modeling, and network analysis. First, words such as 'competency', 'training', and 'learning' were derived as keywords with the highest TF-IDF value. Second, as a result of topic modeling, there were a total of four topics: business partners of the organization, learning and training for future performance, leadership for organizational competency, career development, and subjective satisfaction of members. Finally, network analysis provided implications for training, competency and role, and leadership. Based on these results, suggestions were made for the role, direction, and follow-up research of HRD in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 HRD 연구들을 수집하고 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 미래 HRD의 방향성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하 기 위하여 국내에서 진행된 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 HRD 연구의 초록을 대상으로 텍스 트 마이닝 분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 텍스트 마이닝 기법은 총 3가지로 TF-IDF 값을 바탕으로 한 키워드 분석, 토픽모델링, 연결중심성 네트워크분석이다. 연 구결과는 첫째, TF-IDF값이 가장 높은 키워드들로는 ‘역량’, ‘훈련’, ‘학습’과 같은 단어 등이 도출되었다. 둘째, 토픽모델링 분석으로 도출된 주제들은 총 4가지로 조직의 비즈 니스 파트너, 미래의 성과를 위한 학습과 훈련, 조직역량을 위한 리더십, 경력개발과 구 성원들의 주관적 만족도 등의 역할에 대한 주제였다. 마지막으로, 네트워크분석에서의 시사점은 조직성과를 위한 훈련, 역량, 리더십 등에 대한 역할이었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 4차 산업혁명시대의 HRD가 나아가야 할 역할 및 방향과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.
