This study proposes educational implications through the motivation for viewing folk tale exhibitions among the fields of culture and art that contribute to social welfare. Despite culture and arts contribute to social welfare, research on the effects and contents of arts in the field of business administration is very limited, and practical implications are limited. In this study, how the Cultural Disposition consider the educational characteristics of folk paintings. Moreover, there is a difference in the influence of the Cultural Disposition the audience's demographic characteristics and the size of the motivation for folk paintings according to the exhibition facilities Analyzed through logit regression. The motivation for viewing folk paintings was measured according to the importance score of the characteristics of the work evaluated by experts. The summary of results is as follows. First, it was found that the motivation for folk paintings increased according to the Cultural Disposition. Second, the motivation for folk paintings was partially different according to demographic characteristics. Third, if the motive for considering the facility is large, the motive for viewing the work decreases. This study shows the educational implications of this study are summarized. First, viewers with horizontal tendencies consider the meaning of the work. Second, if folk paintings by the Cultural Disposition and demographic of individuals who come to view folk paintings, the motivation for viewing folk paintings will increase. Third, if the exhibition provides the motive for viewing the facility to the visitors, the motive for viewing the artwork is rather reduced. Despite the above implications, that it is proposed as a characteristic of the work and an exhibition facility to define educational implications. Therefore, in future research, when defining the practical educational part of the exhibition, it needs to be comprehensively reorganized to fit more diverse exhibition facilities and characteristics.

본 연구는 사회후생에 기여하는 문화예술 분야 중 민화전시 관람동기를 통해 교육적 시사점을 제안한다. 문화예술은 사회후생에 공헌하고 있음에도 불구하고, 경영학 분야에서 예술의 효과 및 컨 텐츠에 대한 연구는 매우 제한적이며, 실무교육적 시사점도 한계적으로 제안되었기 때문에 본 연구 에서는 개인의 문화적 성향이 민화작품의 교육적 특성을 얼마나 고려하는지 살펴보았다. 나아가 개 인의 문화적 성향이 관람객의 인구통계적 특성 및 전시시설에 따라 작품관람 동기에 미치는 영향이 차이가 있는지 로짓분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구방법에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 개인의 문화적 성향에 따라 민화작품 관람 동기가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 민화작품 관람 동기는 인구통계적 특성에 따라 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 전시시설을 고려하는 동기 가 크다면 작품을 관람하려는 동기가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 문화예술경영 분야에서 작품의 의미를 분석하고, 교육적 시사점을 제안하고 있는데 크게 3가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 수평적 집단주의적 성향을 가진 관람객의 경우 작품의 의미를 고려하는 경향이 크게 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 민화작품을 관람하러 오는 관람객 개인의 문화적 성향과 인구통계적 특성을 파악하여 민화작품과 연계된 교육적 프로그램을 개발한다면 민화작품 관람동기가 높아질 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 그러나 전 시기획자가 관람객에게 시설관람 동기를 제공한다면 오히려 순수한 작품관람 동기가 감소하기에 구 체적 대안이 제공될 필요가 있다. 위와 같은 시사점에도 본 연구는 교육적 시사점을 정의하는데 작 품의 특성 및 전시시설로 제안했다는 점이 아쉬운 부분이다. 이에 향후 연구에서는 전시의 실무교 육적 부분을 정의할 때 보다 다양한 전시시설 및 성격에 맞게 포괄적으로 재구성 될 필요가 있다.
