With the development of ICT (Information Communications Technology) as well as the proliferation of mobile devices, constructivism-centered ubiquitous-based (u-based) smart learning has attracted the attention as one of the educational methods of the next-generation in modern foreign language education. Many universities have made efforts in order to construct a Learning Management System, supporting a smart campus and, focus on monitoring functions of the learning management such as attendance, assignment correction, as well as evaluation. The arising problem is that the purpose of supporting learners' problem-based learning and cooperative learning is insufficiently fulfilled or even excluded in these platforms. Moreover, due to the spread of COVID 19 in 2020, all educational activities were being carried out only through e-educational platforms in a virtual learning environment. This e-educational environment is not effective enough to replace the interaction of educational activities between professors and learners in traditional classroom classes. The lack of learning effect and in particular, the insufficient functions in the untact learning environment have become an obstacle for the learner's self-initiation and learning at various learner levels. This study is about the learner-centered platform for mutual collaboration of learners for german learning, based on the use of smart devices to derive effective education in an untact learning environment under the premise that autonomous non-face-toface environments will be expended for numerous actual reasons in the post-corona era beyond the corona pandemic. One goal is to build a platform. The learner oriented platform is built by using the existing educational e-tools, Google Classroom and Padlet, to focus on the characteristics of learners and influencing factors from the perspective of the instructors, based on a constructivistic educational theory.

정보통신기술의 발달과 모바일 기기의 확산으로 현대 외국어교육에서 차세대 교육 방법의 하나로서 구성주의 학습이론 중심의 유비쿼터스 기반 스마트러닝이 관심을 받게 되었다. 많은 대학은 디지털 혁명에 걸맞은 e- 교육환경을 위하여 스마트 캠퍼스 구축에 힘써 왔다. 그러나 이러한 플랫 폼들은 대부분 교수자 중심의 학습관리 중심의 모니터링 기능 위주로 구축 되어 있어 학습자들이 주도적으로 온라인상에서 학습을 계획하고 학습 성 과를 공유하고 평가할 수 있는 기능들이 미흡하거나 제외되어 있다는 문제 를 가지고 있다. 더욱이 2020년도 COVID-19의 확산으로 모든 교육 활 동들이 가상학습환경에서만 이루어지게 되면서 이러한 e-교육 매체가 전 통적 교실 수업에서의 교수자와 학습자 그리고 학습자 간 양방향 상호협업 학습을 지원하기에는 많은 점에서 부족하다는 문제가 또다시 부각되었다. 플랫폼의 이러한 상호작용 기능 미비는 비대면 학습환경 교육에서 학습자 의 학습효과 저조와 더불어 자기 주도성 및 학습자 수준별 학습에 장애물 이 되고 있다는 현실적 문제에 직면하게 되었다. 본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹을 넘어 포스트 코로나 시대에도 여러 현실 적인 이유로 자율적 비대면 교육이 확산될 것이라는 전제하에, 비대면 교 육환경에서 학습자 주도적인 독일어 교육을 위한 교수자와 학습자 그리고 학습자들의 상호적 협업 활동 지원 온라인 플랫폼 설계와 구축을 목표로 한다. 본 연구에서는 구성주의적 교육이론과 학습자 특성 및 교수자 측면 에서의 주요 영향요인 등의 이론적 배경 하에 교수자와 학습자 독일어 학 습용 협업플랫폼 모형을 설계하고 구글 클래스룸과 패들렛(Padlet)을 활용 하여 구축하기로 한다.
