This study tried to examine the educational value of Korean creative basic dance based on the basic dance moves of the Han Young-sook style. The literature research method was used as the research method, and the conclusions are as follows. First, Korean creative basic dance is a basic dance that anyone can learn easily. Second, Korean creative basic dance is a systematic basic dance choreographed for Koreans. Third, it reminds us of the importance of ours and our culture. Fourth, Korean creative basic dance is a basic dance composed around the core dance moves with Korean characteristics. It is expected that follow-up studies for the establishment of traditional dance will continue through such research.

본 연구는 한영숙류 기본춤사위를 바탕으로 한국창작기본무용의 교육적 가치를 고찰하고자 하 였다. 연구방법은 문헌연구방법을 사용하였고, 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국창작기본무용은 누구나 쉽게 배울 수 있는 기본무용이다. 둘째, 한국창작기본무용은 한국인에 맞게 안무된 체계 적인 기본무용이다. 셋째, 우리 것, 우리 문화에 대한 소중함을 일깨워 준다. 넷째, 한국창작기 본무용은 한국적 특색을 갖춘 핵심적 춤사위를 중심으로 구성된 기본무용이라는 점이다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 전통춤의 정립을 위한 후속연구가 지속적으로 되기를 기대한다.
