This study confirms the impact of parenting attitudes perceived by multicultural youth on acceptance of multiculturalism and verifies that life satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between parenting attitudes and multicultural acceptance. To this end, 'Multicultural Youth Panel Survey (MAPS)' was analyzed using data for the 8th year of 2018. The subjects of the study are 1,197 multicultural youth surveyed in the 8th year. The results of this study are as follows, First, the supervisory parenting attitude of parents perceived by multicultural youths can be seen as having a positive impact on acceptance of multiculturalism and neglective parenting can be seen as having a negative impact. Second, the supervisory parenting attitude of parents perceived by multicultural youths can be seen as having a positive impact on life satisfaction of multicultural youths, and neglective parenting can have a negative impact. Third, parents' neglectful parenting attitude perceived by multicultural youth has a partial impact on acceptance of multiculturalism through the medium of life satisfaction. Based on these findings, the practical implications of parenting attitudes of multicultural families to foster acceptance of multiculturalism of multicultural youths were discussed.

본 연구는 다문화청소년이 지각한 부모의 양육태도가 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 다문화청소년 삶의 만족도가 부모의 양육태도와 다문화수용성 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 수행하는지 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘다문화청 소년패널조사(MAPS)’ 2018년 제8차년도 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 제8차년도 조사자 1,197명의 다문화청소년이다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화청소년이 지각한 부모의 감독적 양육태도 는 다문화수용성에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 방임적 양육태도는 부정적 영향을 미 치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 다문화청소년이 지각한 부모의 감독적 양육태도 는 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 방임적 양육태도는 부 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 다문화청소년이 지각한 부모의 방임적 양육태도는 청소년 삶의 만족도를 매개로 하여 다문화수용성에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 다문화청소년들의 다 문화수용성을 함양하기 위한 다문화가정 부모들의 양육태도에 대한 실천적 함 의를 논의하였다.
