Shoes are completed using a variety of materials by structure. The manufacturing method is classified according to the type, use and function of shoes, and the highest percentage of manufacturing methods is cement manufacturing method that adhesive the upper layer and the sole. Due to the nature of the manufacturing method, the adhesive process is important, and a large amount of adhesive is also used. Workers at shoes manufacturing site are exposed to such an environment for a long time, leading to a situation in which their health deteriorates. This study was conducted focusing on the adhesive process, and it was studied from the perspective of the manufacturing site and manufacturing workers, not the consumer, as an environmentally friendly. The purpose of this study is to be used as a basic data on the manufacturing environment improvement of the shoes industry, and we hope that further research will enable the nature-friendly application of the shoes industry.

신발은 구조별로 다양한 자재를 사용하여 완제품으로 완성된다. 제조방법은 신발의 종류와 용도, 기능에 따라 다양하게 분류되 며, 가장 높은 비율은 갑피와 창을 접착제로 접착하는 시멘트제조방법이다. 제조방법의 특성상 접착공정이 중요하며 접착제 또한 다량으로 사용한다. 신발제조현장 근로자들은 이런 환경에 장기간 노출돼 건강이 악화되는 상황까지 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 접착공정을 중심으로 진행하였으며, 자연친화적인 접근과정으로 소비자가 아닌 제조현장 및 제조 근로자의 관점에서 연구되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 신발산업의 제조환경개선에 대한 기초자료로 활용되는 것으로 이후 추가 연구를 통해 신발산업 자연친화적인 적용이 가능하길 바란다.
