The purpose of this study is to contribute to improving the effectiveness of Korea's ODA proj ects in the future by identifying important issues related to gender which are gaining importanc e in aid donors including Korea. To this end, topic analysis method was conducted for three rese arch periods. Here, the three periods are the MDGs (millennium goals) period, the SDGs (sustai nable development goals) period, and the post-Coronavirus period. Although the analysis has limi tations, it appears that there is a significant difference between the MDGs and SDGs. However, after the Corona period, a clear gender issue has not yet been highlighted due to some reasons. This does not mean that Corona has nothing to do with gender issues, but the author thinks th at the issue has not been addressed in many academic papers yet. After a certain period of tim e, the author also thinks that more meaningful studies will be conducted if the gender issue rela ted to Corona is discussed in the academia.

본 연구는 최근 우리나라를 비롯한 원조 공여국들에게서 중요성을 더 해 가고 있는 젠더 관련 사업의 중요 이슈들을 파악해서 향후 한국의 젠더 ODA 사업의 효과성 제고에 기여하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 텍스트 마이닝 방법을 통하여 3 시기별 토픽분석을 실시해 보았다. 연구 를 위한 시기 구분은 MDGs시기와 SDGs 시기 및 코로나 이후 시기이다. 분석기간은 MDGs 기간 은 2010-2015, SDGs 기간은 2016-2020, 그리고 코로나 이후 시기는 2020-2021년으로 하였다. 분석 의 한계는 있으나 MDGs 시기와 SDGs 시기 사이에는 의미있는 차이가 있다고 보여진다. 다만, 코 로나 시기 이후에는 학술지 논문의 성격상 아직 뚜렷한 젠더 이슈가 부각되어 있지는 못하다. 이 는 코로나가 젠더 이슈와 관련성이 없다기 보다는, 아직 학술지 논문으로 많이 발표되지 않은 것 이 주된 이유라고 생각한다. 앞으로 일정한 시기가 지난 후 보다 많은 학술지에서 코로나 관련 젠 더 이슈가 논의되면 더욱 의미 있는 연구들이 수행될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.
