The purpose of this study was to study the effect of NCS-based curriculum on self-efficacy focusing on the moderating effect of faculty’s competency. To achieve the goal, this study analyzed the data of A university students who participated in job search supporting programs based on NCS. Major findings as follows: First, NCS-based curriculum has an effect on enhancing the self-efficacy of university students. It was confirmed that the higher the level of recognition of NCS and the more faithful the content of NCS, the higher the self-efficacy of students. Next, the self-efficacy was found to be associated with NCS-based curriculum by moderating effect of faculty’s competency. The study’s results show that universities should focus on developing job search supporting programs that based on NCS. The NCS faculty must make efforts to show their excellent competency for NCS-based job search supporting programs.

본 연구의 목적은 NCS 기반 교육과정이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고, 이들 간의 관계에서 NCS 교강사 역량의 조절효과를 분석하여 NCS 기반 교육과정에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 본 연구는 A대학교 재학생 중 취업지원본부내 NCS 관련 프로그 램에 참여한 학생을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 NCS 인 식수준이 높을수록, NCS 수업내용이 충실할수록 학생들의 자기효능감이 높아진다는 것을 확 인하였고, NCS 교강사 역량은 NCS 인식수준 및 수업내용과 자기효능감 간의 관계를 조절하 는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 NCS 기반 교육과정을 지속적으로 개발하고 활용할 실증 적인 근거를 제시하는 것이며, 대학이 NCS 기반 교육과정을 담당하는 교강사의 역량이 중요 한 요소임을 인식하고 이에 대한 구체적인 역량 향상 방안을 모색하거나 역량이 확보된 교 강사를 활용해야 함을 시사한다.
