The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between psychological ownership, organizational commitment, and job performance of taekwondo instructors. In 2021, a survey was conducted on 300 taekwondo instructors located in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi), and the final 285 questionnaires were used for this analysis. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, simple regression analysis, and process macro. The results of this study are as follows. First, the psychological ownership of taekwondo instructors has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, the psychological ownership of taekwondo instructors has a positive effect on job performance. Third, the organizational commitment of taekwondo instructors has a positive effect on job performance. Fourth, organizational commitment of taekwondo instructors partially mediates the relationship between psychological ownership and job performance. Therefore, this study will contribute to identifying the structural relationship between psychological ownership, organizational commitment, and job performance of taekwondo instructors and providing information for taekwondo management efficiency.

본 연구는 태권도장 지도사범의 심리적 주인의식과 조직몰입 그리고 직무성과의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 2021년 수도권 소재 (서울, 경기) 태권도장 지도사범 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 최종 285부의 설문지가 본 분석에 활용되었다. 수집된 데이터는 기술 통계, 상관관계, 단순회귀분석 및 Process Macro를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장 지도사범의 심리적 주인의식은 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 태권도장 지도사범의 심리적 주인의식은 직무성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 태권도 장 지도사범의 조직몰입은 직무성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 태권도장 지도사범의 조직몰입은 심리적 주인의식과 직무성과 관계를 부분 적으로 매개한다. 따라서 본 연구는 태권도장 지도사범의 심리적 주인의식, 조직몰입, 직무성과의 구조적 관계를 파악하고 태권도장 경영효율 성을 위한 정보를 제공하는 데 기여할 것이다
